I arrived in Los Angeles in 2007 after spending several years living in Asia, studying and teaching yoga asana, meditation and pranayama in Nepal, India, Indonesia, Thailand and Taiwan. I am a registered, experienced teacher (E-RYT), with over a decade of practice in the Indian yogic tradition. I have spent lengthy periods of retreat in the Himalaya and return to Asia for inspiration whenever I can. Being back in the west I have learnt that this practice is relevant and necessary in all societies and conditions. I continue to explore the wonder and delight of yoga in this environment, opening the heart and mind.

I teach ashtanga yoga, pranayama and meditation.

I am available for group or private instruction.
